【PERSONAL PROFILE】
Dr. Xing Wang graduated from Chongqing University (Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, 2010.June). She obtained her bachelor degree from Chinese University of Ming and technology (Medical imaging engineering, 2002 June). Then she started her master research at Chongqing University in September 2002. After the completion of Master research at Chongqing University, become a Ph.D candidate. At the same time, she joined Chongqing University (2004.September) to carry out teaching/research work. She has presided Comparative study of cochlear electrical stimulation and acoustic stimulation based on quantitative neural response model of inferior colliculus Projects supported National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Study on the mode of cooperative electrical stimulation of extraocular muscles for postoperative rehabilitation training of retinal prosthesis Projects supported by Chongqing Natural Science Foundation. She has published about twenty papers in journals such as IEEE, Frontiers, etc. Moreover, she has applied and obtained eight Chinese patents of inventions. Current courses taught by Dr. Xing Wang include Physiology, Physiology and anatomy, Engineering physiology, etc. She has supervised four master students, two of whom have graduated obtained the Master degree, she has supervised three Undergraduate students who obtained the Chongqing University Undergraduate awards.
【RESEARCH INTERESTS】
1. Neural engineering and rehabilitation. New techniques of sensory enhancement and neural interface, neural stimulation and functional regulation in motor rehabilitation.
2. Biomedical information detection. Multimodal physiological parameter detection and functional state recognition.
